"I can’t recommend Cosetta highly enough. She was our son’s teacher when he was three, during a big transition from being cared for by a nanny at home to attending daycare for the first time. He was naturally shy and cautious with new adults, and Cosetta never rushed him. She took her time building a relationship with him and earning his trust.

She was incredibly thoughtful and creative in helping him feel safe and connected, especially during difficult drop-offs, when she helped us create little rituals like a special handshake. She validated his big feelings, gave him cozy spaces to feel safe, and held kind, respectful boundaries. Over time, we watched our cautious little guy completely come out of his shell with her. She made him feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as he was, and genuinely delighted in who he was.

Cosetta also communicated openly and thoughtfully with us, and we always felt like we were a team. Most importantly, we knew she genuinely loved and cared for our son. And as parents leaving our three-year-old in someone else’s care for the first time, there was no greater gift. Years later, we still look back on the role she played in his life with so much gratitude. Any child would be incredibly fortunate to have Cosetta in their corner."
