  • Provide technical assistance to the Executive Secretary in carrying out the CNDH’s missions in the promotion, protection and defense of human rights;
  • Assist the Executive Secretary in technical research on all human rights issues falling within his/her responsibilities;
  • Provide technical support to the Central Advisors and the Presidents of the Regional Commissions in dealing with human rights issues falling within the competences and responsibilities of the Executive Secretary;
  • Write summary reports of documents submitted to the Executive Secretary;
  • Conduct the preliminary study of files submitted for examination by the Executive Secretary;
  • Design the training modules provided by the Executive Secretary.

  • Deepen and complete the legal knowledge acquired in previous classes, with emphasis on understanding the entire judicial and procedural institution in the criminal, civil and administrative fields and on the process of developing a decision rendered by a Court or other authority.
