Cortnee Lewis

"To Whom it May Concern,

My name is Nicole Beckles. I currently have my Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Psychology and am working towards my Education Specialist Degree in School Psychology. I have known Cortnee Lewis for 12 years, and throughout that time have been amazed at her kindness. Cortnee has always been and continues to be the most giving person I have known. She continuously goes out of her way for friends, family and even strangers. She is known to have the type of energy and smile that lights up any room that she walks into. Over the extended time of knowing Cortnee, I have been grateful to have the opportunity to see how she has grown from a child into an amazing young adult. Cortnee has been faced with many challenges , specifically the loss of her mother during Covid, in which I'm not sure many people could have handle with as much class, grace, and strength as she has. All long with these challenges Cortnee has faced she has become a mother. Throughout this change in her life, I have seen Cortnee only continue to grow in a positive direction. She is so loving, so giving, and so grateful for every obstacle and opportunity that she has been given. I can genuinely say that one of God's many blessings in my life has been connecting me with the beautiful soul that is Cortnee Lewis.
