Good morning My name is Corrado Vecchi, I live in Salerno and I am 62 years old. I graduated in Computer Science at the University of Salerno with a master's thesis at the CNR of Arcofelice (NA) on artificial intelligence models and algorithms based on pyramidal structures. After a brief experience in the pharmaceutical field at a consulting firm "Momento Medico" and Langone, I joined Alcatel-Lucent as a 6th Level employee with the tasks of expert in computer networks and electronic design software (Zuken/Redac CAD/CAM for PCB) on UNIX & PC platforms. At the same time I attended and passed all the exams of the CPIM Master of APICS (http://www.apics.org/careers-education-professional-development/certification/cpim) which includes the in-depth study of: Demand Management; Master Scheduling; Procurement management; Performance Measurements; Supplier Planning; Supplier Relationships; Material Requirements Planning; Quality Control; Capacity Planning; Continuous Improvement; Sales and Operations Planning; Just In Time Subsequently, as a managerial officer, I directed the production of the Alcatel-Lucent operational site in Battipaglia for 4 years. In particular, Battipaglia was the Alcatel-Lucent production site of excellence for the production of 4th Generation optical telecommunications equipment: OMSN TSS. During that period (2000-2004), thanks to the collaboration of all the staff related to the "Operation" sector and implementing the "Just In Time" model with drastic reduction of stocks and simplification of processes with continuous improvements, the record in terms of turnover (100 MLE) was achieved. Subsequently, given the need to diversify my activities, I worked, first in Alcatel-Lucent and then in BTP Tecno, in the Commercial sector as KAM "Key account Manager" of customers in the EMEA area such as Ansaldo, Telecom, Wind, Huawei. As Account Manager of Btp Tecno I have participated in several auctions with both public and private entities and directed many Start-Ups for Supply Chain projects between international companies: Flextronics, Native Network, Sammina. During my experience in Alcatel I had the opportunity to frequently organize, with European and American customers, in particular French (Ormes) and American (Louisville), call conferences in which, as chair of the meeting, I analyzed the progress stages of existing projects. For this reason I had the opportunity to improve my expression skills in other languages in particular English and French Then, following the closure of Alcatel-Lucent, I worked for Medinok Spa on smart networks and migration from traditional telephony to multi-service access point (data and voice) based on IP protocol Today I work permanently for the Ebris Biomedical Research Foundation as head of Data Analysis and Security, I am Director of both the AI core and the management of Pre & Post Grant European projects I am a music lover and, with the piano, I animate groups of disabled children.
