Throughout my career, I have specialized in designing and implementing projects that enhance community resilience while fostering sustainable growth. I have held various roles, including WASH Officer, National Distribution Coordinator, Senior Water Technician, Field Water Manager, and Drilling Technical Expert. These positions have allowed me to develop a diverse and well-rounded skill set in water supply, wastewater treatment, drilling operations, and the construction of water, sanitation, and hygiene infrastructure. I have worked on key projects funded by organizations such as the Poul Deu Jensen Foundation, Charity Water, Plan International, GIZ, UNHCR, Danida and Samaritan Purse, where I successfully managed initiatives that benefited both host and refugee communities. In addition to my technical expertise, I bring strong leadership, communication, and management skills, having led cross-functional teams, prepared cost estimates, developed strategic plans and policies, and overseen the full project lifecycle. I am particularly adept at coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery while maintaining a focus on long-term sustainability and impact.

  • Assess existing boreholes both in the host and Refugee camp for potential improvements or rehabilitation to maximize the yield production.
  • Train local WASH committees/operators on effective management, operation, and maintenance of water systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate WASH program activities to assess progress and outcomes.
  • Represent WMK at coordination meetings with partners in the WASH sector.
  • Demonstrate a strong Christian witness to colleagues, partners, and communities.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop proposals, budgets, and project plans.
