  • 1. in Financial Management
  •  Assist in preparation and monitoring of annual comprehensive budgets and all financial reports
  • for board and senior management.
  •  Participate in proposal and development of budget.es
  •  Assist in the financial audit If and when required.
  •  Responsible for maintaining proper Filling and appropriate backup.
  •  Recommend and advice on financial procedures and practice as required.
  • 2. Banking and money Handling
  •  To maintain and reconcile bank statements.
  •  Act as Agent of the bank on behalf of the organization.
  •  Custodian of all company cheques books and responsible for tracking every cheque leaf used.
  •  Prepare requests for cash and ensure all disbursement are appropriated based on supporting
  • documents.
  • 3. Account Payables/receivable
  •  Produce invoices and ensure that they contain accurate information to facilitate payment.
  •  Ensure that that disbursement are approve by the appropriate Authority.
  • 4. Reporting
  •  Prepare and provide weekly and monthly financial reports to management and any
  • Stakeholders
  • 5 .Payroll
  •  Perform monthly payroll functions and payments of all salaries, benefits ,commission and
  • statutory deduction i.e., PAYE, NSSF, NHIF & HELB within the timeframe allowed by the
  • respective institutions
  • 6 .Communication & Team Work
  •  Communicate through official form and any formal form allowed by the organization.
