I worked with him when he was our project officer at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and I was at the Baltimore City Health Department overseeing a multitude of grants. Not only was he extremely thorough and supportive but our cooperative agreement meant that we had accessible support from the CDC. We continued through Communities of Practice and gained so much knowledge as a team that I still use in my work today in child safety and violence prevention.
