As a resourceful and strategic leader, I possess 6 years’ expertise in running project and program activities including ensuring their overall coordination, implementation, success and completion of the projects. My expansive experience has engaged my expertise in the following; facilitating the development of a program design that builds partner capacity, supporting the Program Officers in the development of the logic of the intervention as required, overseeing the design of the program’s databases, managing and conducting overall data collection process of all project indicators, setting program performance targets in line with overall strategic goals of the program coupled with supporting the development of Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting and Learning processes, tools and plans for organization programs. Additionally, I bring on board skill-set in; project management, strategic leadership, program planning and management, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement. Having successfully blended into a multicultural environment, the experience I have acquired puts me on the map as an expert in coordinating programs and I am confident of my ability to improve structures and implementing systems within the organization.
