  • Designing and implementing audit plans while managing 5 to 10 audit staff in all phases of the audit engagement.
  • Establish, maintain and enforce effective compliance procedures, covering all legal and regulatory requirements of the client business.
  • Audit of financial statements for compliance with IFRS, local statutory requirements as well as applicable laws and regulations to ensure financial statements are fairly presented in alignment with GAAP.
  • Assessing compliance with the financial regulations and controls and provide recommendations where there is weaknesses.
  • Educating junior teams members on changes in audit techniques and software.
  • Assessing clients internal control environments and preparing management reports on areas of weakness that requires improvement.
  • Building a solid relationship with clients through promptly responding and solving the client’s quarries.
  • Providing advice to clients relating to new developments in financial reporting, taxation, accounting and operational issues,
  • Ensure all risks highlighted and management letter points are followed up and resolved satisfactorily.
  • Executing all the stages of the audit process such as planning, substantive testing, preparation and presentation of financial reports.
