 Coordinate all aspects of programs monitoring and reporting ensuring data is of high quality and produced on time.
 Aggregates all monthly qualitative and quantitative data from Regional Programs Offices (RPOs) into Country Status Report and Country Database respectively Programs monthly and quarterly reporting.
 Collect articles, case studies, best practices across projects for evidence gathering and formatting so they are suitable for external audiences.
 Assist the Head of program, Capacity Building Coordinator and Research and Learning Coordinator in designing and coordinating baselines, evaluations, Quarterly staff workshops, and trainings.
 Conduct support visits on a regular basis and report findings to the programs and M&E teams.
 Provide technical assistance on monitoring and data collection to field officers, volunteers, and local partners.
 Share good news stories, and case studies via Restless Development's social media platforms internal and external.
 Ensure volunteers are fully trained on M&E and the project's reporting requirements before they are placed in the field.
 Ensures that program field activities and events meet minimum Restless Development standards in their delivery and planning.
 Support on documentation and dissemination of programs and M&E Information to placement communities and local stakeholders within appropriate Restless Development- program minimum standards of quality.
 Work closely with Head of Programs in updating the organization performance dashboard in monthly basis.
 Assist in design, review and innovation of programs quality and learning frameworks of projects.

 Conduct integrated Sexual Reproductive Health /HIV prevention activities for Adolescents and Youths in and out of school (10-24) years through Behaviour Change Activities (Evidence Based Activities).
 Organizing and Conducting AYP community based clinical outreaches to offer biomedical, behavioral, and structural interventions.
 Increase linkage of ALHIV to treatment, care, and support services through structure peer support approaches to improve the national achievement of the 95-95-95 targets.
 Develop the overall framework for project M&E systems in collaboration with donor and senior project staff, including requirements, reporting, baseline, and evaluation surveys, develop and monitor project management plan to systematically track and document performance.
 Support program staff in designing, implementing, and monitoring of the key performance indicators.
 Facilitate design of “SMART” objectives, logic models, monitoring frameworks, budgets, and evaluation plans during annual work-planning process.
 Ensuring alignment of M&E activities with program goals by adhering to donor, government and Deaf Empowerment Kenya guidelines and regulations.
 Organizing and conducting Gender Based Violence forums to sensitize the AYP and community at large on GBV prevention and follow up on the perpetrator with assistance of paralegals and pro bono lawyers.
 Contribute to the development of annual work plans to identify project targets and ensure inclusion of M&E activities and adoption of best practices in project management.
 Conduct baseline surveys and evaluations for Adolescent and Youth Programs and Disability project in Machakos as designed in the implementation framework.
 Support the development of M&E tools such as indicator tracking tools, reporting tools, databases and recommend other tools and strategies to accommodate changes in program.
 Supervise, conduct orientation and performance appraisal for Field Officers while motivating them and identifying capacity building opportunities to make them achieve program targets.
 Receive reports from field officers and facilitators, analyze data for accuracy, validate and ensure quality and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual reports to the donors, stakeholders, and staff.
 Support the development, design, and collecting data, writing of proposals and concept notes for related programming information management and reporting.
 Conduct regular field visits to ensure the projects are implemented according to the project design.
 Plan and implement the project’s Social and Behavior Change (SBC) strategy to effectively influence behavior change individual and community level while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, beneficiaries, and local communities.
 Initiate and maintain partnerships and networks with County, sub county stakeholders and AYP implementation partners for coordination and harmonizing of the projects.
