"It’s an honor to write this recommendation for my younger brother, Cole Richards. Cole is eight years younger than me, and I’ve had the privilege of watching him grow—both personally and professionally—throughout our lives. We have spent tons of quality time togethor through our shared love of the outdoors, and snowboarding.
