"Mr. Cliff Randolph was the organizer for the New Chesapeake Men of Progress scholarship and event for 2025. He generously and enthusiastically rewarded me with the scholarship alongside many other deserving African-American students of Chesapeake and invited my family and I to attend the event. He was prompt with his communication and respectful till the end. Although I was unable to make it to the ceremony, Mr. Randolph was flexible and accommodating, allowing a family member to represent me in my place. Following the ceremony, he was once again excellent with his communication while transferring the scholarship to my new educational institution. He demonstrated such professionalism, kindness, and genuine investment in my success, ensuring that every step of the process was smooth and transparent. His dedication to uplifting young African‑American scholars in Chesapeake is unmistakable, and his commitment to our success is deeply inspiring. I forever will be grateful for his support, generosity, and commitment to creating opportunities for students like me."
