Work experience

Supporting the M&E Officer to ensure the presence of a robust monitoring plan, developing monitoring and evaluation guidelines, frameworks, and indicators for the project implementation.
Assisting M&E Officer in conducting regular data review meetings at the field office noting the actionable points and lessons learnt.
Provide accurate and timely data and information to the program managers and staff on request.
Active Participation in enforcing of data and report quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement measures for all field programs intervention.
Conducting routine data quality audits to identify and resolve systemic problems affecting data quality; and document findings from data quality audits and store in project files to ensure collective and sustainable access.
Designing and reviewing data collection tools and databases required by the program staff for aggregation and analysis of information and taking lead in conducting baseline and endline surveys.
Conducting routine field monitoring visits and documenting learnings and share lessons.
Work with program staff to ensure that data is collected and entered in databases on a regular basis.
Analysis and presentation of findings as well as report writing.
