  • Assist in agency budget development, monitor all program spending, financial performance and ensure compliance with all DYCD, OCFS, & DOE contracts
  • Oversee the implementation and evaluation of all programs, identifying areas of improvement and ensuring program effectiveness
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, government agencies and community leaders.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with DYCD, NYPD, NY Jr. Knicks, Health First, after school program partnerships with school admin, and other local community resources.
  • Responsible for increasing agency funding from 2 Million to 3.5 Million through new contracts from DYCD such as SNL (Saturday Night Lights Program), Additional SONYC contract awarded, Teens at Night Program through the Mayor's office of Initiatives based on program performance evaluations
