Project Rebound PNW focuses on adults when they have already served time and are returning to the community, but Chris focuses on preventing incarceration and a life-time of bad choices. He brings hope, mentorship, and no one will ever do it better than someone who has already walked that path. Chris's amazing passion reduces unnecessary violence, and truly is a blessing.
