I have wealth of practical experience gained from working in the National and International Non-governmental organizations for over 12 years. I have also gained experience in hostile areas such as South Central Somalia, Burundi, Cambodia, Kenya in North Eastern especially Dadaab and Kakuma refugee camps. I am well versed in Community development initiatives, Child protection, Youth livelihood development, resource mobilization, psycho social interventions, Gender mainstreaming, general refugee protection, sexual and gender-based violence, social media campaigns among other roles. I have sphere headed over five different projects in; Child protection including sitting in BID panels, Youth Technical Vocational Training, Livelihood improvement, trauma healing, GBV prevention, Youth Advocacy initiatives through youth platforms.
