"Chip is professional, easy to work with, and knows how to get deals done to the benefit of all parties."

"I live out of state and owned a piece of property that was literally in shambles. I asked Chip Spencer for advice. He took responsibility, had my property rebuilt by associates and himself personally. I was able to sell it at a fair price with a good profit and a fair commission for Chip. This was a process where he could easily have taken advantage of me. I am now 89 years of age and found Chip to be one of the four most honest people I have met in 70 years of adult life. His integrity is almost beyond description. Anyone dealing with ChipSpencer will have an excellent experience and be well treated. I could never have asked for a better experience experience no matter what field it is. He is the best. God bless Chip."
