"I had the opportunity to work with Charity Tarisai Musabayana from 2019 to 2022 while we worked at Simukai Child Protection Program. Although we were assigned to different projects within the outreach office, I had sufficient interaction with her to observe her professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to child protection.
Throughout our time working together, she consistently demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and respect in her interactions with colleagues, partners, and the communities we served. She was dependable, maintained confidentiality, and approached child abuse case management with empathy and a strong sense of responsibility.
