"I would rate **Ms Casey Orebotse Letsholo’s academic, research, leadership and technology-related skills as excellent and at a level appropriate for doctoral study**. During the Master’s Module in **Leadership and Technology**, she demonstrated strong **critical and analytical thinking, academic writing, independent learning, problem-solving and the ability to engage meaningfully with complex theoretical and applied concepts**. She showed particular strength in understanding the relationship between **leadership, technology, organisational change and educational development**, while demonstrating the ability to synthesise scholarly literature and translate theoretical perspectives into practical educational contexts. Her communication and collaborative skills were equally strong, and she approached academic tasks with intellectual maturity, initiative and professionalism.
