My name is Owilli Calvine Elvis. I am a final year student of civil engineering at Kampala International University, Uganda. I am currently a part-time innovator in road safety technology at CAMTech Uganda, emerging with a competitive finalist project in the 2023 hackathon. I served as GRC school of engineering and Applied Sciences and as Guild Secretary General in the 9th reinstated guild government of Kampala International University-Western Campus 2023-2024. Additionally, I am a member of the 03 plus UNESCO program-Youth advocacy on health and gender based violence, a volunteer with African Continental Free Trade Area-Uganda and an upcoming Climate change activist. I am passionate about integrating my profession with civil advocacy and transformation.
