We need more "dialogue of civilizations" not simply necon and neoliberal talking points when dealing with such topics. Mr. Varn supplies this. 9 out of 10 means only that I don't always agree with his presuppositions and conclusions, but that is
to be expected on such a controversial and esoteric topic as Dugin's 4PT."
