"Bryan was my trainer for TSA. He was a very professional and by the book officer. Everything he explained was directly from the SOP and if there was something he didnt know he was not afraid to say that and find out the information. He also showed how to properly handle foreign passengers seeing as he was hispanic himself so he even showed me basic Spanish that was enough to communicate with the public. He was always punctual and rarley called out unless is was an emergency. The way he teaches made it very easy to learn and I definitely would want him to teach me again if I ever needed to be taught again."
