I am Kyomuhendo Brian Gilbert, a Researcher and Community Development expert with over 8 years of experience in social research and project evaluation, focusing on Education, Livelihoods, and Health. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Adult and Community Education from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation. I have worked with institutions such as the AKLED research institute, the Socio-Economic Data Centre (SEDC), and independent consultants to devise strategies for organizations like the Uganda Red Cross Society (URCS), the Ministry of Gender, Labour, and Social Development (MGLSD), and the Uganda AIDS Commission. My skills include developing strategic plans, conducting impact assessments, and managing projects through qualitative and quantitative methods. I am proficient in data analysis tools, including STATA, SPSS, NVIVO, and Excel. My participatory and community-driven approach engages all stakeholders in the planning process. Additionally, I have diverse skills in budgeting, data collection management, and assessment tool development, enabling me to contribute effectively to research projects. I am dedicated to delivering sustainable, evidence-based strategies that empower communities and foster long-term development.
