Over our US Air Force career, our paths crossed when were assigned to the F-22 System Program Officer as young officers. Only the best of the best officers were assigned to the F-22 program. Brian had set himself apart even among the best of the best, he had the distinction of being promoted to Major ahead of his peers. At the time, the F-22 program was the Air Force's #1 development program. The F-22 fighter aircraft was designed to provide our nation air dominance, which was critical to providing all US and ally forces freedom of combat operations.
