"I’ve had the privilege of knowing Biram Amouzounvi for nearly two decades, since our high school years at Collège Monseigneur Steinmetz in Bohicon, Benin. Even back then, Biram stood out as a natural class leader, respected by classmates and teachers. One moment I’ll never forget was during an interschool sports tournament in 2008. Biram had just finished playing an intense basketball game and, without missing a beat, he rushed straight to the soccer field to help finish that match too. His determination and team spirit were unforgettable, and they still inspire me to this day.

Fast forward to 2019, Biram became a key ally in the conception and early development of my social entrepreneurship project BP100, under the umbrella of COSED Canada. From helping with administrative tasks to organizing strategic meetings with city officials, Biram was instrumental. His deep understanding of Benin's culture and his ability to communicate effectively with local leaders, mayors, community heads, and beyond, was a true asset. He stood out for his humility, willingly serving as second in command even though he was a great leader on his own and perhaps even the best among us.

What stands out the most about Biram is his contagious energy and consistently positive attitude. He knows how to motivate people, especially young entrepreneurs across the country. He brings people together, uplifts them, and leads with authenticity.

Above all, Biram is a fighter. When life knocks him down, he gets back up and comes back even stronger. That is just who he is. Resilient, passionate, and driven by purpose.

I wholeheartedly recommend Biram for any initiative that demands passion, leadership, cultural intelligence, and authentic commitment to community transformation.
