Bikila Gebeyehu Eticha is a dedicated lecturer at Wollega University Shambu Campus, where he has been imparting knowledge and fostering innovation since October 2015 G.C. With a strong academic foundation in Engineering and a commitment to advancing agricultural practices, Bikila has made significant contributions to both the university and the broader academic community. Bikila Gebeyehu earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural and Bioprocess Engineering from Ambo University, followed by a Master of Science degree in Energy Technology from Addis Ababa University. This educational background has equipped Bikila with a comprehensive understanding of the intersection between Agriculture, Engineering, and Sustainable Energy solutions. Throughout his career, Bikila Gebeyehu has held several key leadership positions within the University. He served as the Head of the Department of Bio systems engineering for one year in 2009 E.C., demonstrating strong leadership and a vision for advancing the field. In 2012 E.C., Bikila Gebeyehu took on the role of Head of the Department of Agricultural Engineering for another year, further showcasing his commitment to enhancing agricultural education and research. In addition to these roles, Bikila Gebeyehu has also contributed as the Faculty of Technology Research, Community Service, Technology Transfer, and Industry Linkage in 2016 E.C. This position allowed him to bridge the gap between academia and industry, fostering collaborations that benefit both students and the community at large. An active participant in the academic community, Bikila Gebeyehu has reviewed 23 articles for various journals, reflecting his expertise and dedication to maintaining high standards in research and scholarship. His contributions to peer review not only support the integrity of academic publishing but also enhance the quality of research in the field. Through his teaching, research, and leadership roles, Bikila Gebeyehu Eticha continues to inspire students and colleagues alike, embodying a commitment to education and innovation in agricultural engineering and technology.
