About

Beautifully Broken is a non-profit agency dedicated to the health and wholeness of individuals experiencing trauma, whether past or present, with Art as the therapeutic avenue to recovery from life's traumas and challenges. We facilitate art groups throughout Colorado, in half-way houses and other agencies. Sandy Bishop Maynard is also a case worker who works both in a team and as an individual, and aspires to bridge the gap between trauma and recovery. Providing tools to better help others recognize their triggers and to prevent unsafe decisions, her desire is to help them face further challenges ahead, with a strong mind, not only for their own success but also to be a guidance for others as a support system down the line.
