"Batri Yirdaw is genius in her academics background of Automotive Engineering and had a handful experience of both theoretical and practical teaching experiences. She posses a superb experiences both in vocational lecturer at Harar, Ethiopia polytechnic college and at Haramaya University, Ethiopia of Mechanical Engineering department. Moreover, Batri has a natural amiable personality accommodative and harmonizable to the all types of human personalities of her colleagues and students. She naturally believes in diversity of human nature and background so that she is impartial and has a common sense of egalitarian attributes. She has been testified by many for being an excellent Automotive Engineering lecturer and models living by doing things to the goods of her clients( students and other stakeholders). "
