Barbara Frederick

"I supervised Barbara when she first started at ALG and she was a direct care staff. She was extremely dedicated, committed and desired to enrich the lives of those we served. I saw this and when a promotion came available she was promoted to house manager. She always had the individuals best interests at heart. As we all have Barbara had two things to work on: when an organizational system was set up for her it was followed, but if you asked her to create one herself it was a struggle and her punctuality. Barbara was often a bit late because timing was something she struggled with. She got much better with both tasks, but if asked that would be what she could work on. I would hire back to work for me in a heartbeat with no concern. She would be an asset to any team."
