"Autumn Munsell has always shown passion in their work. Autumn and I met at the BU Techncial Production program where I was able to witness them take on a failing production due to designers dropping like flies and a lack of management from above. Through Autumn's ability to juggle multiple roles and their firm but effective management style they were able to make up for lost time into a coherent load in. Otherwise, I have seen Autumn in a carpenter role where their problem solving skills and their determination to complete a task allows them to be a vital asset that can be entrusted to handle complications or to lead less experienced carpenters to success"
