"Asisipho Fukweni worked with me Lucinda Orie at EXL Service as a Customer Service Associate and I was in my position as QA.
As a CSA Asisipho was always reliable and resourceful. During her time in my team, she managed to build a solid wealth of knowledge in a very short space of time due to her dilligence. Asisipho also conducted high-impact customer research and made a number of key recommendations for our Customer service strategies.

I’ve always put a premium on leadership and problem-solving qualities among my team members and Asisipho never failed to deliver on both fronts. An example was how she found out about a particular document and how it worked when she was faced with a difficult situation with her customer. She was able to source help outside of her scope and relentlessly did not stop untill she was able to assist the customer. We were all astounded because she was a new associate and some of us as trainers and QAs never worked with anything like what she was able to gather. She was able to practically take us through how she did it and which steps she followed and she was able to assist other associates in following through with the task.
Asisipho is a delight to work with – a team player with a positive, can-do attitude all the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again if the opportunity arose."
