Ashley Tsaturyan

"Ashley Tsaturyan serves as the Majors and Minors Division Manager for SMYO Little League and plays an important role in keeping both divisions organized and running smoothly. She handles many of the day-to-day responsibilities that go into managing the divisions throughout the season.

Ashley is responsible for rostering players, recruiting coaches, communicating with coaches and families, and handling typical parent questions and concerns. She also creates the in-house game schedules and coordinates the interleague schedule between SMYO Little League and Hughesville Little League, which requires a lot of communication and organization between the two leagues.

One of Ashley’s biggest strengths is her willingness to take responsibility and handle problems as they come up. Managing multiple teams, coaches, players, parents, and schedules can be challenging, but she continues to help keep everything moving in the right direction.

Overall, Ashley is a valuable part of the SMYO Little League leadership team. The work she does behind the scenes helps provide a better experience for our players, coaches, and families and allows the Majors and Minors divisions to operate successfully."
