  • Keeping custody of sub county data and reports including DHIS data and reports there’s consistency of data and privacy of data.
  • Closing and strengthening site level data collection systems in accordance with national and PERFAR guidelines to ensure data consistency and accuracy in the reporting platforms.
  • Supporting the Sub County Management team in performing DQA, SIMS and any other related activities hence improving the sub county’s performance and SIMS to help track quality of services to the OVCs and their households.
  • Compiling site level data into sub-county’s databases and resolve data discrepancies in communication with the sites hence ensuring timely collection and reporting of data.
  • Conducting daily Continuing Medical Education (CME) analysis and giving feedback to colleagues hence ensuring continuous growth in knowledge.
  • Taking lead in implementing any new MOH tools and ensuring the HCW are trained on the tools completion thus creating a sense of teamwork.
  • Overseeing the OVC projects and work together to conduct sub county monthly data review, in collaboration with FLEP and WOFAK (OVC Implementing local Partners).
  • Coordinate documentation of lessons learned, best practices, program data, evaluations, and other information to generate donor communication pieces, success stories, case studies, and other high-quality, results-based documentation all levels.
  • Set up of project accountability and learning mechanisms; and the documentation of feedback and response from and to LIP and beneficiaries through the USAID 4 the child program to all sites within the sub county.
  • Ensure roll out of standardized forms and tools to collect relevant disaggregated data on project monitoring indicators, effects, and impacts monthly data collection; verification of results reported; analysis and presentation of findings and program progress
  • Ensured accurate data collection, data entry, data cleaning & maintaining the OVC filing system
  • Systematically collected, validated, and analyzed data and ensured that it is accurate and of the highest quality by conducting regular data quality assessments and verifications at facility level.
  • Participated in data entry and generation of reports from the Children Protection Information Management System (CPMIS). In this databased designed I was able to:
  • o Facilitate the monitoring and evaluation of child protection interventions, inform policy and evidence-based decision making.
  • o Provided access to accurate, timely and reliable aggregate level child protection data.
  • o Tracked vulnerable children longitudinally for continuity f care and protection.
  • o Targeted children who lacked adult family evidence, children in residential institutions, children affected by Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation (VANE), Children who experienced trauma and vulnerable families.
