"I really enjoyed having Angel on my team. When you’re working high-end shows with 30+ models—like the production she joined with my team—there isn’t always the bandwidth to provide detailed, step-by-step direction for every task. Angel truly hit the ground running. She was given a high-level overview of what was needed, introduced to her team lead, and told that any follow-up questions could be directed to Aaron.

One thing I always emphasize is that models can wait for the stage, but the stage can never wait for the models. Angel, along with the rest of the team, ensured the models were dressed, styled, and lined up well in advance of their walks, which was exactly the level of preparation I aim for in a show.
The only moment that gave me slight pause was the impression that she may have wanted more creative freedom in the styling. The producer had provided very specific direction for what was to appear on the runway. As stage manager, that direction was passed to my lead, who then communicated it to the team. I sensed that the limited creative flexibility may not have been ideal for her.

That said, she moved past it and delivered excellent work despite any possible disappointment. That ability to adapt and pivot when needed is the hallmark of a true professional."
