"Apollonia has been the bartender at a number of our events - Sweet 16, birthday parties, and New Year’s. She provides excellent service and comes fully prepared (glasses, mixes, and garnishes) that makes taking care of our guests easy and not having to worry about taking care of drinks at our parties. Friendly and knows how to make all the drinks our guests usually ask for. "
