"I have known Raymond for many years in my capacity as his Mentor dating early 2013, when he worked as a community mobiliser with Uganda Red Cross, and later with Caritas, on a livelihoods project which was co-funded by GIZ, for which I was a direct external back stopper.
Later at the recommendation of his Academic supervisor, I also supported and mentored him in his field research supervision for MA degree dissertation paper in 2015/6 which he pursued from Uganda Martyrs University.
What is/were the candidate’s strength and weakness?
Raymond is a keen and committed personality, with a high degree of reliability and integrity.
He often measures to the tasks and remains consistent when under pressure. He also shows strong teamwork attributes with avid desire to learn and succeed.
Raymond has shown traits of good mobilization and patience to deal with community issues, often under straining conditions. He has strong knowledge of participatory assessments.
I have no known or glaring weakness of him, except being a timid individual.
Do you know if the candidate has any criminal records or misconduct?
To the best of knowledge and experience, with his personality and persons he associates with, he comes from a strong religious family, with no criminal history.
