  • Developed rights packages and proposals under the direction of the General manager to pitch to corporates on behalf of all clients.
  • Formulated and implemented sales strategy for sponsorship and broadcast properties. Working with the Frontiers East Africa sales team I created rights packages and proposals to take to market on behalf of all East Africa clients.
  • Conceptualized new Frontiers East Africa-owned events with regard to event strategies, objectives, and, risk assessments.

  • Event Project Management & Events Creation:
  • Under the direction of the General Manager, I was involved in the management and delivery responsibility (relationship management and delivery) for agreed Frontiers East Africa projects and events while playing a lead role in ensuring that sports events were implemented successfully - including ensuring that the sponsors' rights package were delivered.
  • Responsible for supplier and sponsor stakeholder management for all agreed events.

  • Conducted sports sponsorships evaluation to determine the impact of sponsorships on teams and federations and the Return on Investment (ROI) for the sponsoring entities.
  • Undertook impact assessments to determine the Value for Money (VFM) for SportPesa sponsorships across clubs and federations.
  • Undertook an impact assessment for Chukua Selfie, a non-governmental organization sports sponsorship for Kenya Rugby Union.
  • Undertook an impact assessment for Unilever Kenya, sports sponsorship for Kenya Golf Union to determine the ROI for the organization and to monitor and evaluate how effectively the sponsorship funds were used during a golf tournament that Unilever Kenya had sponsored.
  • Surveyed for Kenya Rugby Union to understand how the average rugby fan was interacting with the sports of Rugby in Kenya. The survey was carried out during an international Rugby fixture in Nairobi, Kenya.
  • I was part of the team that was tasked with managing and monitoring the Mater Heart Run 2017 which took part in 9 counties across Kenya. I was specifically in charge of Machakos county where I ensured that the event ran smoothly without hitches. I was also tasked with reporting on the overall success and challenges faced during the event in Machakos county. This was achieved by interviewing Mater staff that were involved in the project and headteachers of participating schools in the county.
