Community work, counseling, planning, organizing, leading, assessing, and evaluating acquired while working throughout social services: women, children, and family assistance. As the Principal, I created and supported a full-time home school program utilizing the Calvert School curriculum and Penn Foster High School in accordance with the Central Office of Home School in Manhattan. Academic help in the after-school and weekend program. I networked with nearby high school administrators that offered students enrolled in RFK High School and QSI High School to fulfill community service high school credits by tutoring needs based children in the local community. I was employed as a teacher for multiple organizations including Queens Library at Woodhaven and part of Mayor DeBlasio’s Universal Pre-K initiative since 2014. I genuinely have enjoyed this field ever since. I worked for 2 different Head Start programs: Kingsbridge Heights Community Center & Cardinal McCloskey as an Educational Director. I ordered furniture & resources for a new Head Start Program, then arranged 12 classrooms from Birth to age 5 for Cardinal McCloskey at St. Aquinas prior to approval in accordance with DOH regulations. I enjoyed my position in the lower east end of Manhattan as an Educational/Site Director for All My Children Daycare & Nursery School. I oversaw 2 schools at All My Children Daycare & Nursery School in one building and completed 2 permit renewals: One for an Infant/Toddler Daycare Program and the other a Preschool Program. I assisted with the establishment of a 2nd Infant-Toddler Program next to our Ridge Street, Manhattan location. Students enrolled at AMC Ridge Street were registered as one of the three categories: private pay, voucher, and UPK for all. The school schedule was from 7am to 6pm. While interviewing throughout the DC-Virginia area, I worked as a Supervisor for CVS Health located nearby my brother’s home in Charles Village in Baltimore, Maryland. I enjoyed monitoring staff and assisting customers as I worked with inventory and meeting sales quotas. As an Educational Director for Little Scholars located in Chelsea, New York, I assisted staff, families, and children with the transitioning of an old school to the new company while fulfilling renovations accordingly. I am looking forward to sharing my experience. Supervision of staff, company management, and consumer/public relations has always been my primary interest as I enjoy helping colleagues, employees, and families. Please contact me if you would like to schedule an interview or have any questions regarding my skills. Thank you for your valued time.
