Work experience

I develop and implementing training programmes for new hires and existing waiters/waitress
I ensured all new F&B staffs follow company policies and procedures at all times
I play my role of overseeing the opening and closing of the premises to ensure smooth transitions between shifts
I ensure all equipment is properly functioning throughout the day
I always keep accurate records of daily sales, food inventory, costs, supplies ordered and more through a computerized point-of-sale system (POS)
I Supervise and managing staff, planning work schedules and conducting performance reviews of F&B staffs.

Work experience

I played role by Proving support to the GBV survivors who are escaping the violence and abusive situation.
We conducting activities at women’s friend space including facilitating discussion on various GBV topics.
I Ensured confidentiality at all cost
I facilitated referrals to services for girls, boys and women survivor of GBV through case management process.
I coordinated with other partners and community focal point s to strengthen the service and build up support for the survivors
We organize meeting, discussion and community dialogue with various group more especial women and girls who are victim of GBV.
I Participate in protection cluster meeting and GBV sub-cluster meeting and Planning Review.
We offered psychological first Aid and psychosocial support for each case and conduct service awareness with the protection officers,
I participated in monitoring and evaluation exercise, compile and submit weekly and monthly activity report to the supervisor.
We exemplify the core principle of GBV programming, including, respect, non-discrimination, responsible use of power, nonviolent and gender equality.
We engaged youth to fully participate and benefited from the project.
