A dedicated, dynamic results oriented, effective, flexible HR Professional proficient in managing relationships for running successful business operations with more than eighteen years’ experience in the Human Resource Management twelve of which are with United Nations World Food Programme Somalia.  All-rounder HR personnel who have worked in almost all the sub sections in the HR Unit such as recruitment, Payroll, time keeping, Contracting, performance management, Training and HR administration. I possess a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Leadership majoring on Human Resources Management.  Demonstrated excellent planning skills and the capacity to diligently deliver the results within the set deadlines with minimal supervision coupled with team leadership skills to facilitate and coordinate the work processes within the area of responsibility.  Profound experience in supporting organizational change management in HRM organizational staffing alignment that has successfully contributed to the change of majority of staff’s contracting terms and conditions as Fixed Term holders from Service Contracts hence the stability and retention of the talent.  Proven solid interpersonal skills with high social intelligence to work proficiently as a Successful advisor and collaborator managing the needs and objectives of internal clients and key stakeholders across multiple business units.
