Nolavore is a full service catering company, specialty foods storefront, and commissary kitchen located in the heart of New Orleans. We create our own spice blends & preserves; bake our own breads, snacks, and pastries on site; and partner with local and regional producers of unique packaged foods to bring you the best of New Orleans and the Gulf Region. Chef/Owner Anne Lloyd has had a career in the restaurant and foodservice industry for over 30 years, the majority of which has been in New Orleans. A native of Memphis, TN, she has traveled and cooked on both coasts of the United States as well as in Europe and Southeast Asia. She specializes in utilizing Louisiana and regional Southern foods to create dishes featuring international flavors. Anne owned and operated a Caribbean-inspired restaurant, the Mango House, in the Riverbend neighborhood until Hurricane Katrina in 2005, and opened Nolavore Catering in 2010. Nolavore’s a la Carte Market and the Convertible Coffee Bar followed in 2022. Anne received a BA in Anthropology from the University of California at Santa Cruz and her Associate of Arts Degree in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy. She is a proud alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program.
