"I have had the privilege of knowing Alex for well over 15 years now, and in that time he has consistently impressed me with his extraordinary talent, dedication, and character. I first met Alex when he played Euphonium with the world-champion Blue Devils Drum & Bugle Corps, and later had the honor of having him as a marching member and working with him during three USA tours with Jubal drum & bugle corps from the Netherlands, where I served as chairman.

Alex is not only a remarkably gifted musician, but also one of the kindest and most genuine individuals I know. His passion for music led him to study at the prestigious Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY—an achievement that speaks to both his skill and his relentless work ethic. Today, Alex is a highly respected High School Band Director, inspiring the next generation of musicians with the same enthusiasm and heart he brings to everything he does.
