1. Coordinate the collection, collation, validation and reporting of project key indicators.
● Conduct project periodic data audits for smooth and quality data flow.
● Coordinate and participate in data collection and tool formulation for indicators in M&E plan.
● Ensure all collected data is entered and up to date in the specified electronic health record system/SmartCare.
● Initiate and actively participates in data review meetings liaising with the District Data Coordinator and the Facility in Charges
● Collaborate with Information Officers at Hospital and Schools and participation in weekly and monthly compilation of reports.
2. Strengthened collaboration and partnership with stakeholders at District level such as schools health service provider, partners sharing similar objectives with organizations among other relevant stakeholders for our projects maximum impact.
● Provide support to the Supervisor coordinating the work of counsellors and act as linkage between facility and the organization
● Support health facilities with solutions based on results obtained from tracking adolescents that have defaulted and formulating solutions to strengthen systems that decrease number of defaulters.
● Spearheaded stakeholders’ meetings and programs for youth friendly responses and health promotions for preventing HIV, early pregnancy, drug abuse and GBV.
● Responsible for successful management of the organization's implementation of activities with support from District Health Office/health facilities and schools.
● Establish and maintain relationships with other partners at district level and participate in forums such as the District AIDS Coordinating Advisors Committee. This also enables us to share implementation challenges, solutions and collects best practices for improvement of programs while promoting the organizations work.
● Supports the work of the District AIDS Coordinator Advisors to strengthen coordination and implementation of youth-friendly efforts and ensure integration of programs in local government plans.
3. Coordinate comprehensive HIV prevention, sexual reproductive health services and outreach programs focused on adolescents.
● Provide technical support towards strengthening integrated programs and participation in HIV and health programs for adolescents and young people.
● Developed innovative ideas, methods and strategies to ensure objectives and targets are met effectively.
● Share success of project with stakeholders and market the project through adolescents on media platforms.
● Document success stories and report on challenges to inform program decisions
● Monitor and Evaluate effectiveness of outreach programs and recommend adjustments while strengthening and implementing government’s efforts in health promotion.
● Successfully spearheaded partnership with the media (radio station) as a strategy for adolescents and other stakeholders such as adolescents focal point health professionals to disseminate information on HIV/AIDS, family planning, GBV, current health challenges and early pregnancy.
● Formulate innovative ideas that bring high impact such as engaging institutional managers to offer career guidance such as taking our girls that want to become bank managers to the bank to have an experience.
