"Rwanda achieved the impossible after the horrific genocide against the Tutsis in 1994. One can’t begin to fathom how people can survive such a tragedy let alone forgive their perpetrators. For the perpetrators to also gain the courage to look
Into the eyes of this whom they so terribly victimised is no simple feat. For Rwanda to rebuild and be where it is today we are all indebted to the survivors who to this date carry the burden and offer the promise of forgiveness. As much as each survivor plays his part, Rwanda needed heroes for this to be achieved. Albert Rose to this occasion and today stands among the figures that inspire us all as Rwandans and foreigners alike. He is truly a pillar of our rebuilt nation, and a source of inspiration to all humanity."

"He is a great humanitarian and philanthropist. His interventions in Communities in Rwanda to ensure resilience and development after the 1994 genocide are very laudable. I have had the opportunity to visit his organization (peace education initiative) and to share in his vision. "

  • He is a kind and just person who always fight for justice and welfare of vulnerable people
