"While Airwave Events was professional, punctual, and attentive during the planning phases of our February 2024 wedding, their execution during the reception fell significantly short of expectations. I am submitting this review now following persistent follow-up requests for feedback from the company. Prior to the wedding, the staff was wonderful, listened to our needs, and arrived on time with excellent equipment. However, the reception was a completely different story, as the DJ frequently left the booth unattended, leaving a basic playlist running that we could have easily played ourselves. Furthermore, they completely omitted our planned games and the dollar dance, played multiple songs with profanity despite our explicit request for clean music, and were nowhere to be found when we tried to address these issues. While I understand that life happens, it is difficult to reconcile such poor service on your wedding day for a paid professional service. They were great leading up to the event and cleaned up after themselves, but the execution unfortunately fell apart when it mattered most."
