"Aditya Kalva is not only an excellent communicator, but he is also an effective delegator and leader who can easily inspire and motivate a team he is over. I have seen him in action through a Scouting America program called National Youth Leadership Training. This program allows for scouting youth from a variety of different districts come together to learn effective leadership models and skills to incorporate into their scouting and future leadership. He was tasked to teach relevant topics like "resilience", "collaboration and teamwork", and "styles of leadership" to youth ages 11-17; all applicable skills in scouts and the future. Anybody would be lucky to have this well-trained and polished leader in their workplace.
