I am a graduate of Sociology in MA Degree and Community Development and leadership (minor in Social Work) in BA Degree with 9+ years of experience in Education and research. I have been working as a lecture and researcher at mizan Tepi- University. Moreover, I had been working as Research Coordinator of Indigenous Knowledge; Project coordinator; training expert and Monitoring and evaluation. I have 4+ years as Coordinator I have Practical knowledge of developing monitoring and evaluation PCM process, M&E framework plan, and assessment/evaluations including conducting PDM survey (Data collection, organization, analysis, and report write up) with excellent knowledge about qualitative and quantitative research methods. I have conducted more than four researches and present and disseminate the finding at national and international level. I have also published two researches articles at reputable international journals. I have high level English, Amharic and Tigrigna languages proficiency with excellent skill in preparing comprehensive report. Excellent analysis and presentation skill. In addition, I have practical knowledge on MS word, excel, power point, and data analysis software such as SPSS and electronic data collection tools such as Google form.
