I am a graduate of Sociology in MA Degree and Community Development and leadership (minor in Social Work) in BA Degree with 9+ years of experience in Education and research. I have been working as a lecture and researcher at mizan Tepi- University. Moreover, I had been working as Research Coordinator of Indigenous Knowledge; Project coordinator; training expert and Monitoring and evaluation. I have 4+ years as Coordinator I have Practical knowledge of developing monitoring and evaluation PCM process, M&E framework plan, and assessment/evaluations including conducting PDM survey (Data collection, organization, analysis, and report write up) with excellent knowledge about qualitative and quantitative research methods. I have conducted more than four researches and present and disseminate the finding at national and international level. I have also published two researches articles at reputable international journals. I have high level English, Amharic and Tigrigna languages proficiency with excellent skill in preparing comprehensive report. Excellent analysis and presentation skill. In addition, I have practical knowledge on MS word, excel, power point, and data analysis software such as SPSS and electronic data collection tools such as Google form.

o Identify thematic areas for research and community service.
o Develop a strategic plan of the project.
o Plan, organize, implement and follow up the overall project activities.
o Deliver capacity building training for the community and stockholders.
o Organize and conduct public lecture and symposiums.

Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct need driven research for the betterment of the community.
Give recommendation and show way out to for policy makers and government and none governance bodies.
Disseminate research finding to stakeholders and to international audience through publication and conference presentation.
Identify community need and prioritize for informed planning and decision.
Teaching sociological theory and gender and society, developmental, project and social planning concepts.
Counsel students based on the contact hours.
Assess possible international and local grant sources and Prepare concept notes and proposals to attract additional funds to the organization
Insure partners are informed about the activities and progrmmes.
Prepare training modules and plan semester course delivery.
Deliver community service and training based on the recommendation and finding of my research and other similar researches.
Provide methodological guide in baseline, assessments, evaluation studies of projects; Prepare annual, monthly, bi-annual and quarterly plans and Produce narrative report
Mentor and coaching junior staff and students.
Follow up and evaluate semester work against organizational objective and made necessary amendment if any.
