Work experience

 Managed LGA immunization program on ‘Reaching every Settlement Initiative and Reaching Inaccessible Children Initiative’ working with the LGA immunization team and specialized team to ensure children in settlements that are security compromised are reached with Oral Polio Vaccine(OPV) in five contacts.
 Provide technical support to the LGA team using the resent Global Polio Eradication Initiative (GPEI), Standard Operation Procedure (SOPs) and Guidelines to build capacity for adequate responses to Polio viruses (WPVs, VDPVs and CVDPVs) outbreaks in Borno.
 Assist in compiling technical support needs to improve the quality of rounds in prioritized LGAs in Borno.
 Monitoring and evaluation
 To assign duties to field staffs and build their capacity in report writings, community mobilization and carrying out successful immunization campaign.
 Identify capacity gaps and training needs for local partners to improve their skills in project management and implementation.
 Organize advocacy meetings to the specialized teams and other government bodies so as to ensure successful implementation.
 Collaborated with other partners like World Health Organization (WHO), UNICEF, E-Health Africa to train security personnel on immunization and Acute Flaccid Paralysis Surveillance, data collection and report to stakeholders.
