I believe I have relevant and diverse Experience. I have acquired over the past 7 years working in WHO, Global Health Partnerships which makes me an ideal candidate.
During my career in private and public sector, particularly in W.H.O local government area facilitator (LGAF), I had the opportunity to apply skills and competencies in support of both the Organizational strategy and staff professional development. In the following area:
AFP/IDSR Surveillance Planning, implementation and monitoring: Coordinated the Availability of LGA surveillance work-plans of the LGA and focal site I supervised, Ensured Monthly summary of supportive supervision conducted and actions taken to address gaps, Report of monthly review of implementation of surveillance work-plan and surveillance performance, Condensed Monthly surveillance performance indicators for AFP, Measles, Yellow Fever and Neonatal Tetanus surveillance for action take and outbreak report activities
Routine Immunization and PHC planning and monitoring: ensured the Availability of updated REW quarterly micro-plans for the LGA I supervise, Timely submission of RI session monitoring data, Timely analysis of findings from RI session monitoring, supportive supervision; as well as monitoring of new vaccine introduction activities and preparation of monthly summary reports. Timely availability of monthly RI performance indicators, with special emphasis on the indicators included in the Routine Immunization accountability framework. And Timely submission on PHC performance updates.
SIA Planning, Implementation and Monitoring: ensued Availability of evidence-based High Risk Operational Plans (HROP) with feasible and effective activities to address barriers to high coverage in previous SIAs, ensured Availability of SIA dashboard data (pre-implementation, implementation and post-implementation) in line with recommended time-lines, Availability of micro-planning data including updated master list of settlements, Timely submission of reports of PEI accountability framework after each SIA round and Timely availability of SIA review report (with all recommended data including SIA dashboard, HROP evaluation, Tally sheet analysis, Enhanced Independent Monitoring data, LQAs...etc) for the LGA I supervised.
Cross Cutting Tasks: ensured Availability of weekly work-plans as well as weekly reports for all WHO personnel I supervised, Composed Reports of advocacy activities and evidence of increased stake-holder engagement and/or participation in immunization and/or surveillance activities and Coordinated Evidence of increased partnership with key stakeholders in support of immunization and/or surveillance particularly in high risk areas and/or areas with sub-optimal programme performance indicators.
Perform validation and quality assurance checks on data sets received
Contribute information to the drafting of all relevant planning documents including project proposals, appeals, reports, dashboards, etc.
Support the timely and high-quality collection, analyses, production and dissemination of data/information.
