With a specific emphasis on data management, data analysis, knowledge management, M&E/MEAL, and analytical report writing. With a wide range of knowledge and expertise in organizing and creating various information management tools and processes, I am a goal-oriented and quality-driven professional.   • 1. Support the timely and high-quality collection, analyses, production, and dissemination of data/information. This includes response specific information (what, where, who, how many, how quickly, current status), internal and external situation reports (SitReps), epidemic bulletins, rapid needs assessments, health risk assessments, and the Public Health Situation Analysis; and health inputs into humanitarian needs overviews (HNO), and strategic response plans (SRP).
  • 2. Verify data quality (completeness, timeliness), identify gaps in health information management, recommend corrective actions and prepare relevant documents to include in project proposals, internal and external situation reports (SitReps), bulletins, health risk assessments, health needs overviews (HNO), and strategic response plans (SRP), etc.
  • 3. Develop tools to harmonize data collection and processes across WCO and field offices to facilitate consolidation of information. Respond to specific information requests from the technical teams and partners, ensure dissemination of information and knowledge sharing with all partners.
  • 4. Aggregate and maintain information from WHO and partners including contact lists, event specific information (what, where, who, how many, how quickly, current status), performance monitoring, health indicator data, health situation data, health response data
  • 5. Manage the incident databases (cases and contacts) including content, structure, file location, backup system.
  • 6. Perform basic geographic analysis for maps and other reports (such as dashboards, SitReps, etc).
  • 7. Contribute information to the drafting of all relevant planning documents including project proposals, appeals, reports, dashboards, etc.
  • 8. Support the Health Cluster Information Management in inter-agency initiatives particularly with OCHA, related to information management, seeking to improve information sharing between institutions, to strengthen access to information from other organizations and clusters, and to contribute to inter-sectoral dashboards and reports
  • 9. Design field epidemiological surveys if/where needed, such as mortality and vaccination coverage surveys.
  • 10. Provide ongoing technical guidance and training, to the team members and partners involved in the planning and data/information management process; on data gathering and analysis, quality assurance, performance monitoring, information dissemination and management.
  • 11. Provide input to communications and information products as required and publish regular visibility materials highlighting the impact of response pillar, WHO and donor resources e.g. human interest stories and social media tweets etc.
